In this artisanal production workshop we will learn the ancestral technique of canning our precious Cantabrian anchovy. We will learn to clean the delicious anchovy one by one, to take care of the details for its presentation and prepare your own tin of authentic Cantabrian anchovies to take it home. With different utensils in hand and always taking care of safety regulations and hygiene, we will know all the details for its preparation from the process of salting to the meticulous work of cleaning one by one to introduce them into their respective jars.
