Visit to the Eguzki Borda farmhouse-cheese factory where Idiazabal cheese is made from Latxa sheep's milk with the Idiazabal designation of origin.
During the visit you will learn all the details of the cheese-making processes, you will see the lambs and sheep up close and you will be able to taste the Idiazabal cheese made at Eguzki-borda.

Duration: One hour and 15 minutes (Includes:visit to the stable, to the production room, to the chambers (cheese store) and a tasting of the different cheeses)

Maximum group: 40 people. Minimum group: there is no minimum. A minimum fee is charged for the visit.

• The sheep can be seen in the stable from October to June. From June to October they are in the Sierra of Aralar.
• Cheese making can be seen from January to June. From June to December, it is not made.
• The lambs are born in November-December, and can be seen on these dates.
