Footbath

Two basins (hot and cold) to stimulate your circulation.

Hydro-massage pool

A large hydro-massage pool with an outdoor area reached through the water itself. The pool has bubble beds, water jets, goosenecks... Water at this temperature relaxes, prevents muscular contraction, and improves blood-flow...

Scottish massage

A shower alternating hot and cold water to activate the organism.

Drizzle

A cabin with a drizzle shower for temperature shock.

St. James' Road

A path with large boulders massages the soles of the feet while activating the circulation with the help of cold and hot water jets..

Sauna

Temperature: 80º-90º. Humidity: 10-30%. The ideal way to activate sweat glands and flush the organism.

Hammam or steam-bath

Temperature: 40º-45º. Approximate humidity of 100%. Relaxing, soothing, relieves the respiratory tract and moisturises the skin.

Cold water well

A cold water pool activating the circulatory system after a session of heat.

Hot spring

Temperature: 50º-60º. Approximate humidity of 70%. Perfect for activating the sweating glands and flushing the organism.
