Bike rental in the bay of Pasaia

Thanks to this new service (Bizi badia), you can use the bikes who are in different rental points at Pasaia's bay and visit during all the day Donostia, Pasaia, Errenteria, Lezo and Oiartzun.

To rent a bike you must follow next steps:

Register yourself in the service. You must accept and sign system's conditions.
To be a user you must be more than 18 years old and be registered in the service. If you are more than 16 years old you can also register yourself with the authorization of the legal tutor.
Go to the rental points at opening hours and ask at reception to use a bike.
You'll get the bike lock's key to open it and to park the bike.

Use the bike :

Check the bike to see if it's in perfect conditions, it's your responsibility. If not, you must tell it to reception staff. In case of any anomaly, we'll offer you a new bicycle.
You will be able to use the bike in Pasaia as well as in Donostia and in Errenteria, Lezo and Oiartzun without limit of time during all the day.
Bike's users must always respect the General Regulation of Traffic and the municipal ordinance. Users have to do a correct use of the municipal service of bike rental with diligence.
You will always have to park the bicycle at the marked parkings for bicycles.

Return the bike :

To return the bike, you must go to the rental points and park the bike in the marked place. You must put the lock and fix correctly the bike in the bike park. Finally, return the key to reception staff.
If you have an accident or you have any questions, contact rental points or municipal police.

Modes and prices

A. For people members of the sports centers in Pasaia free use until expiration of your subscription mode.
B. For people registered in Pasaia, that are not members of sports centers must obtain annual card for 10 euros.
C. For people not registered in Pasaia must pay for each use, according to the following rates:
1.5 hours: €5
3 hours: €8
Morning or afternoon: 12 €
Day: €18

Remarks

If you lose you bike or if the kit is stolen, you must denounce it in less than 8 hours since bike's disapearance. You should also communicate the disappearance in one of rental points or municipal police within a maximum 16 hours since the disappearance of the bike, and also present a copy of the complaint presented in the Registration Office within maximum 16 hours since the disappearance of the bike or in the next available day. If you do not show the complaint, you will be removed from the system and you will apply the corresponding sanction.
