The closest natural space to Donostia-San Sebastán is teh Aiako Harria Natural Park. This park offers countless options to get out of the urban hustle and bustle and enjoy nature in all its splendour. On of the easiest way to get there from the capital of Gipuzkoa is through the Greenway of Arditurri.
Starting from Donostia, there are 17km of fully adapted roads for both pedestrians ans cyclists. We will be able to enter Oiartzun through the urban bike line, and form Oiartzun take the Greenway of Arditurri, theold train track used to transport the ore extracted from the Arditurri mines, in the heart of the Natural PArk, to the port of Pasaia.
Donostia-San Sebastián is connected to the Arditurri Greenway by a bicicle lane, which leaves the neighborhood of Gros towards Ategorrieta Avenue. Once in Ategorrieta train station, the bike lane enters through Txaparrene Avenue and runs parallel to the train tracks until you reach Herrera. After Herrera, the cycle path continues along GI-2640 road until Pasai Antxo. Then it continues from there to Errenteria, and once it crosses this municipality, it continues its way to Oiartzun.
